At Travel Luggage & Cabin Bags, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next journey, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused luggage in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags, protective films, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
